We have been successful in obtaining hundreds of permits and creating comfortable, well crafted homes and commercial buildings through out LA, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange County. We handle everything from simple remodels for single family dwellings to multi-level multi-use building from the ground up. Christian Green
Owner/CEO
Christian Green was introduced to the World of Construction in 2003 by her father, O.C. Tamu, who hired her to work with him at O.C.T. Engineering. After 11 years of being Mr. Tamu's apprentice, Christian not only gained Hands-On experience and a vast understanding of the intricacies of Construction, but she also built relationships with multiple City building departments through years of rapport as she produced, submitted, and managed projects. With all of the skills necessary, Christian founded GCCD as a single member in 2013. Being trained as a hand drafter, having to understand the craft behind the lines and letters give Christian a unique ability to approach buildings from a different prospective. From legalizing unpermitted additions to planning out your next Estate, Christian definitely possesses an eccentric ability to navigate throughout the different aspects of this profoundly multi-layered industry.
